Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and UCCUSTOMS LLC, a Utah company ("ShippedAndSeen", "we", "us"). They cover your use of shippedandseen.com, the free prompt kit, the AI Visibility Report, the Fix Pack, and the bundle (together, the "Service"). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you're authorized to agree to these terms for it.
2. What we provide
- Free prompt kit: a free PDF download of prompts and templates.
- AI Visibility Report ($29): a report based on about 15 buyer-style questions, each run 3 times on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and an approximation of Google's AI answers (Gemini with Google Search grounding), plus technical checks and suggested fixes.
- Fix Pack ($49): suggested copy, schema, an llms.txt draft, and a prompt for your AI coding tool, based on your report. The Fix Pack is available only as an add-on to a report or in the bundle. It is not sold on its own.
- Bundle ($69): a report and a Fix Pack together.
Prices are in US dollars and are one-time payments unless clearly stated otherwise. We may change prices for future orders. Exact question counts and report contents may vary slightly depending on your site and category.
3. Orders, payment, and delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record (reseller) for purchases, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipt. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's checkout terms. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems. You're responsible for giving us accurate order details (especially your site URL and email). Most reports arrive within 24 hours, but delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If an order is going to take longer, we'll let you know by email. If we can't deliver your order at all, we'll refund you in full.
4. Refunds
If your report isn't useful, reply within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Only submit websites you own or are authorized to analyze. By submitting a URL, you confirm you have that right. Agencies and freelancers may buy reports for client sites they are authorized to analyze.
- Provide accurate information.
- Not use the Service to harass, defame, or harm anyone, or to analyze a site for unlawful purposes.
- Not try to overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or the systems it uses.
- Not resell or redistribute the Service or its reports as your own product without our written permission.
- Not submit content that is illegal or that you don't have the right to share.
We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order, or suspend access, if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.
6. How AI results work (please read)
AI engines give different answers at different times, and even to the same question asked twice. Because of that:
- Reports describe what we observed on the date and at the time we ran the questions, using official APIs. Results you see yourself in the ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google apps may differ, since those apps can use your history, location, and other settings.
- Google's AI Overviews has no official API, so our Google results are an approximation and are labeled that way.
- Reports and Fix Packs are generated automatically by our software, which uses AI models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Review all suggestions before using them, especially any code, schema, or claims about your product.
- We do not guarantee any ranking, mention, traffic, sales, or other result, in AI engines, search engines, or anywhere else. Our suggestions are aimed at removing common obstacles. Outcomes depend on many things outside our control.
Reports are informational. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice.
7. Your content and our content
- Your content. You keep all rights to your site, its name, and anything you send us. You give us permission to use it only as needed to provide the Service (including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy).
- Your report and Fix Pack. Once paid, you may use your report and Fix Pack for your own business, including publishing the Fix Pack copy, schema, and llms.txt on your site and editing them however you like.
- Our content. The ShippedAndSeen name, website, templates, prompt kit, and methods belong to us. You may use the free prompt kit for your own products. Please don't republish or sell it as your own.
8. Third parties and no affiliation
ShippedAndSeen is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Vercel, or any other company named on our site. All trademarks belong to their owners. The Service relies on third-party providers (including AI APIs, Stripe, hosting, and email). We're not responsible for their services, outages, or changes, though we'll do our best to deliver what you paid for.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in these terms, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- We won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, traffic, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any changes you make to your site based on it.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order that the claim relates to, in the 12 months before the claim.
Some places don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, including submitting a site you weren't authorized to analyze.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you and we consent to those courts. Before filing any claim, please email hello@shippedandseen.com so we can try to resolve it informally first.
13. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top, and the new terms apply to orders placed after that date. We may stop offering the Service or any part of it. If we stop before delivering something you paid for, we'll refund you for it. You may stop using the Service at any time.
14. Other
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy are the full agreement between you and us about the Service.
