Refund Policy
The short version
If your report isn't useful, reply within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.
No forms, no hoops. We'd rather refund you than keep money for something that didn't help.
How to ask for a refund
- Reply to your delivery email, or email hello@shippedandseen.com.
- Include the email address you ordered with (an order number helps if you have it).
- Telling us why is optional, but it helps us make the reports better.
We'll confirm by email once the refund is issued.
What's covered

The free prompt kit costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
How refunds are paid
Stripe is the merchant of record for purchases, so refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. We usually issue them within 3 business days of your request. After that, your bank or card issuer typically takes about 5 to 10 business days to show the refund, depending on the bank.
After 14 days
Requests made more than 14 days after delivery aren't covered by this policy, but email us anyway if something went wrong. We'll look at it case by case.
A few fair-use notes
- After a refund, please don't keep using or publishing the Fix Pack content from that order.
- We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person or business.
- If you have a problem, please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank. A refund from us is faster for you and simpler for everyone.
What a refund doesn't depend on
Our reports measure how AI engines answer today. We don't promise rankings, mentions, or traffic (see our Terms), and you don't need to prove anything to get a refund within 14 days. If the report wasn't useful to you, that's enough.
